Minerals fuse together in this uniquely beautiful piece, presenting the viewer with deep purple amethyst and a mix of white quartz, green celadonite, grey, brown and some artful inflections of pink and orange agate. Rare in the unique spectrum of hues it brings together, the mineral sculpture itself is further embellished by its polished frontal frame around the amethyst. It’s possible to admire wonderful natural designs resembling “flowers” or “eyes”, with petals of white quartz and central orange/pink agate stems, formed by cut stalactites. These further enhance and intensify the deep colour of the amethyst. The back of the piece maintains its rough basalt condition, and the sculpture is mounted on a custom metal stand.
