A superior quality amethyst formation often referred to as a chapel. This typical skirt-like geode formation, resulting from the upward movement of prehistoric gas bubbles in volcanic rock, is of unusual quality. The deep purple, high peaked amethyst, central amethyst epimorph after calcite, and additional calcite to the side compliment one another beautifully.
